Moritz helps mid-sized companies make their systems work better together. He facilitates the workshop live at the board and runs every other session of the System Audit himself, from the intro call to the results meeting.
No. We spend 30 minutes going through your system map and show you where your company loses time. If it fits, we offer you the System Audit. Whether you book it is up to you.
Half a day with management, IT and one or two people from the business team. We facilitate. You check your figures, agree on the three biggest bottlenecks and compare the options. You make the decision, we record it. You do not need to prepare anything.
You do not get slides but a three-stage roadmap with budget ranges and a business case, decided in the workshop with your team. The price is fixed. If you implement with us, we credit it in full.
About 45 minutes for the questionnaire, a 60-minute interview with your IT, a half-day workshop and a 90-minute results meeting, plus a 15-minute kick-off call. In between, at most you answer follow-up questions.
Your provider is invited to the interview and is welcome at the workshop. The System Audit looks at all systems together, not just one. You can also implement the roadmap with your provider.
You still have everything: roadmap, budget ranges, architecture decision, quick wins. It is yours. Only the credit no longer applies.
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before the start. If sample data is shared, we also conclude a data processing agreement.
Yes. As an add-on to the System Audit we automate one of your bottlenecks with your real data in a test environment, as a mini prototype. Not included in the fixed price; separate quote.
